Sales Down In The Barrie Real Estate Market For The Month of May
The sales number for the month of May are not too good. This month is shapeing up to be way behind the previous years for the month of May. In the City of Barrie for the month of May, the first week rang in 48 sales, the second week rang in 59 sals, the third week brought in 45 sales and this past week only brought in 37 sales. So far for a total of 189 sales for the month of May, we should be closer to the 350 sales market.
